What is the charge for installing the system?
Initially you will be charged for your first month of service, the cost of your digital IP phone and activation of service, for pricing details call or email our sales team at 1.888.652.8351 or info@olatel.com.

Is it simple enough to do it myself?
Yes, you can install the phone lines yourself.

 

Management:

Do I need skilled personnel to manage the system full time?
Absolutely not, any admin employee can handle your moves, ads, and changes of phone lines.

What kind of training is required to manage the system?
You will receive initial training by one of our engineers at time of set up.

Do I need someone to manage each office location?
No, you will be able to manage multiple locations from anywhere you have access to the internet.

 

Telephones:

What kind of phones can I use?
Currently we are only supporting Cisco 7940, Cisco 7960, Polycom and Linksys.

How much do they cost?

Expansion:

How much does it cost to expand the system?
IP Phone and monthly plan costs.

How many users will it support?
Unlimited.

How many sites?
Unlimited, you can have as many sites as you need. You can even have phones in another country

 

MACs:

What are the costs of handling moves, ads, and changes anywhere in my company?
None, IPT provides full mobility allowing you to make changes as much as you want

 

Multiple Sites:

How do I interconnect multiple sites?
All sites are interconnected via IP(the internet)
